Basert p\u00e5 innleggelses\u00e5r og komponentsammensetning kan en levetid estimeres basert p\u00e5 empiriske betraktninger.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Levetiden justeres deretter for trafikkmengde, trafikksammensetning og horisontalkurvatur. Oppgaven g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 \u00e5 vurdere en gitt empirisk modell for komponentenes levetid ved \u00e5 sammenligne denne med oppdatert tilstandsdata for de samme komponentene.
